The selection process
The timeline below includes important deadlines and dates to be aware of if you’re planning to apply.
Selection process timeline
5 October 2023
After we’ve reviewed the application forms, candidates will be chosen for a round of 15-minute informal telephone interviews.
9/10 October 2023
After the telephone interview, applicants will be invited to attend an interview with a selection committee either in London or at a Nestlé office. You will be assessed against a number of pre-specified criteria to determine whether you will be suitable to be a Trustee.
Week commencing 30 October 2023
Following the interview stage, the selection committee will consider its decision and announce the successful candidates.
Before you apply
If you’re thinking of applying, it’s worth discussing this with your line manager. Being a Trustee means taking time away from your day-job. It’s a good idea to talk about how this might work in practice first.
